Teletherapy is a type of therapy that is conducted over the internet using video conferencing software. Teletherapy is just as effective as traditional in-person therapy for BIPOC clients. Teletherapy can help clients feel more comfortable and safe, and it can also make it easier for clients to attend therapy sessions. There are several benefits of teletherapy such as convenience, privacy, affordability, and accessibility.
At PSTC, we are passionate about providing diverse and inclusive mental health support through our virtual therapy services. We utilize various forms of therapy to cater to the unique needs of teens, adults, older adults, families, and couples. Our primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients understand and change negative thought patterns; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which is particularly effective for emotional regulation; and Family Systems Therapy, which focuses on improving family dynamics and communication. Additionally, we offer Person-Centered Therapy, where the client's perspective is central to the healing process, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which aims to find practical solutions to immediate issues. Our multicultural approach ensures that all our clients feel understood and respected in their therapeutic journey.
Positive Solutions Therapy Center, understands that life situations happen, however if a client is unable to keep their scheduled appointment, they are responsible for the FULL MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE for any missed appointment without 24 hours notice.
Cancellations and reschedules require 24 hour notice.
No call/No show clients will be held responsible for the FULL MISSED APPPOINTMENT FEE OF $50.
