This will help us with knowing where to focus during the consultation call. Attend your virtual consultation through a secure virtual platform, ensuring convenience and confidentiality. Your consultation is not a therapy session however, it will help us explore your needs and you will learn a little more about our practice. The consultation is the opportunity for you to dive into a brief but personalized conversation with one of our skilled therapists. Feel free to share your thoughts and ask questions.
